Take a seat on the lounge next to the Chimney and enjoy a hot tea from the organic selection, or sip a glass of natural wine while comfortably relaxing in the claw foot bathtub. Head Chef Mauro Forgillo changes the menu regularly as produce comes in and out of season. From tender lamb backstrap to pork ragu-filled ravioli and parmesan tagliatelle, you’ll be transported to Italy on the plate.
