From gourmet ingredients to some two hundred labels of Italian wine, Figo Restaurant in the harbourside suburb of Rushcutters Bay masterfully blends modern Italian innovation alongside well preserved traditions. Offering a curated approach to food and lifestyle, diners will experience the heart, passion and love of Italian cuisine. Curated by Head Chef Mattia Porcellato, the menu features an extensive antipasti selection alongside house-made pasta such as potato gnocchi, served with leek purée, Tasmanian scallops and orange zest.
