About
Parcs is a small, seasonal-driven wine bar and restaurant, led by a bunch of passionate chefs (Damien Neylon leads the kitchen) producing some fine things. The focus here is on up-cycling of produce and seasonality: that fleeting moment when a certain ingredient reaches its prime; and how an over-abundant surplus of produce can be fermented and transformed in interesting ways into sauces, pickles and powders that accent a dish. The menu changes frequently to reflect this - presented as a set for a full immersion into the venue's ethos, or a la carte: to enjoy as snacks pre-show at the bar. House-made kombucha and cocktails, and interesting and small-allocation wines by the glass and bottle, round up the Parcs experience.
