Congress is a lively restaurant with a creative, contemporary food menu and well thought out wine list.  Signature dishes which are mainstays on the menu are Pig's Head Sandwich - a pork croquette with parsley-mustard mayo and pastrami-brined wafer thin kangaroo with crisp onions and cultured cream.
