Waterbar & Grill

A steakhouse with a spectacular view, Waterbar and Grill is set on the outside of the Pier Shopping Centre, overlooking the marina. Protein is the star of the show here and grain-fed, aged organic beef is selected locally from the Atherton Tableland’s Morganbury Meat Company, basted with a house-made sauce and flame grilled to order. The pinnacle of the culinary drama is the Espatada hanging skewer, which is threaded with 350g of rump covered in red wine and chilli sauce.
