Greek born chef George Sideris is at the helm, previously having rubbed shoulders with Luke Mangan at Glass and working as head chef at Azafran Tapas in Surry Hills. His Mediterranean background is an inspiration for his food, which also incorporates modern Australian flavours. The menu changes with the seasons and comes as tapas or larger share plates designed for two or more people.
