About the experience
With such a wonderful variety of dishes made from sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, fresh herbs, seafood and meat, participants will be sure to savour the sunny flavours of Spain with Andalusian gazpacho; enjoy the French romance of Provencal prawns and the exotic spices of Morocco in spiced lentil, chickpeas and pumpkin tagine.
Your day will start off with refreshments, a cool drink, tea or coffee with a biscuit, slice or cake followed by introductions and an explanation of the cooking techniques and methods used throughout the lesson. Once the cooking part of the day is complete, the group will take a seat and enjoy delicious meals along with wine, overlooking the stunning Port Phillip Bay.
