Learn to cook with passion and capture the passion of Italy!
Discover the basics of Italian gastronomy, freshness and simplicity with robust dishes packed with flavour. Italians thoroughly enjoy their cooking and eating so much that both activities have become a festive and fun affair, usually accompanied by music and laughter. Italian food features good-quality olive oil, fantastic cheeses, homemade pasta and gnocchi, tomatoes, olives, garlic, basil, rosemary, sage and lemons.
Everything you need is provided including aprons, knives, pens and a recipe booklet to take home.
Classes are available on any date of your choice, subject to a minimum class size of four people.
