Enjoy a guided wine tasting of Jack Rabbit’s sophisticated cool climate wines before embarking on a fun seafood-packed masterclass and lunch with Jack Rabbit Executive Chef, Dwayne Bourke. Held on the deck (weather permitting) Dwayne will show how plump mussels are best cooked before enjoying an indulgent two course luncheon in multi-award winning Jack Rabbit Restaurant.
