Surrounded by bare brick walls, amber timber floors and lux leather furnishings, Perth's Varnish on King is home to all day dining with an impressive range of whiskies. Step down into the basement level which feels like the home of a Kentucky speakeasy. A robust and seasonal menu of slow-cooked and grilled meats can be shared as a group and complimented with Southern-style grits, topped off with a glass of single barrel.
