About the restaurant
The history of Perth's The Stables Bar dates back to 1894 when the site was utilised as the city's first horse stables. Some years down the track this unique and history-rich establishment has developed into one of the city's hottest bars spread over two levels. The top level features a stylish outdoor bar that offers panoramic views of the growing city skyline and is a must-visit during the warmer months. The kitchen has a strong focus on crafting dishes in-house from the freshly baked bread to smoked meats, creating a seasonal and hearty range of dishes.
