About the restaurant
Bonsai's dining room is a restored Northbridge warehouse, bearing the ultra cool hallmarks of a modern restaurant; exposed brick walls, low lighting and varied seating. Bonsai serves traditional Japanese fare with a contemporary twist. The menu is mostly made up of share dishes, but mains are available too. Most diners will order two or three dishes per person to be had by everyone at the table, encouraging social interaction among family, friends and colleagues.
