A tiny dining space in Chelsea Village, Marumo packs a hefty punch in the flavour stakes. Nedlands' minimalist Japanese restaurant is probably the city's most exclusive. Don't even think about just strolling in, tables are released online once a month and there's a waiting list to get your golden ticket. Once you've secured a booking, you're in for a treat. This is omakase dining - where the degustation menu is left to the chef.
