About the restaurant
Emily Taylor Bar in the seaside township of Fremantle is affectionately named after the ship that sailed from England to the town back in the 1800s. Along the way, the ship stopped at Asia, bringing a mix of exotic ingredients back home. Paying homage to the influence of this fateful gourmet visit, the menu is crafted around Asian flavours. Expect dishes like curries, spiced grilled meats and the signature Yum brunch abundant with bao's and dumplings.
