About the restaurant
In Applecross Village, Nic & Kolo does many things – and many things very well. The chic, minimalist space is the perfect backdrop to enjoy their artisan coffee and a creative menu, which clearly has a chef with credentials behind it. The all-day brunch menu features the likes of son in law eggs with tempura soft shell crab and Cathy’s pan fried pork dumplings alongside burrata and heirloom tomatoes and coconut chia pudding. From Wednesday to Saturday, Nik & Kolo is open for dinner with more formal Modern Australian options.
