Overlooking the picturesque Hainault vineyard, Mistelle is a relaxed French bistro in the Bickley Valley, 35 minutes from the Perth CBD. The menu respects classic French cuisine, however served in a modern Australian setting and paying tribute to Western Australian produce. Former Rockpool and Print Hall chef Benoît Lasplace grew up in the South of France and his perfectly-executed dishes are a tribute to his homeland. Hainault cellar door is open 11:30am - 5pm on weekends for tastings and to purchase wines directly.
