About the restaurant
Yering Station is located only one hours drive from Melbourne in the scenic Yara Valley. Designed with architectural finesse, it brings all the sophistication of an inner-city fine dining vineyard restaurant to the country, with views overlooking the Yarra Ranges. The menu is created and executed by head chef Maxime Croiset, who has worked in Michelin starred restaurants across the world, and brings with him a flair for classical French style cuisine. In the warmer months enjoy cheese and wine on the deck.
