About the restaurant
In the Upper Yarra Valley, Payne’s Rise Wines is a boutique winery with a casual restaurant open on weekends. Guests relax under the ancient elms and oaks surrounded by the beautiful undulating hills of the Yarra Valley. Gourmet pizzas, share platters and specialty coffee can all be enjoyed while sampling the winery’s wines, local craft beer or cider. The vineyard features an 1860’s homestead which was the property of Seville’s first settler, Thomas Payne. The cellar door is also available for weddings and events.
