Take a drive down the Mornington Peninsula to the quaint seaside town of Rosebud, home to The Milbri. Owned by two mates with a passion for Latin inspired cuisine. Housemade tacos, using imported masa flour from Mexico, with chorizo and crab or pork quesadilla are great to share with a group, while the gaucho steak with chimichurri and bacon crumb is an impressive showstopper.
