About the restaurant
The renovated Bay Hotel occupies the heritage listed former Commercial Bank in Mornington, around an hour south of Melbourne on the shores Port Phillip Bay. This charming establishment serves pub grub, with some more refined dishes and even a little touch of Texas. Local brews and Mornington wines are featured on the wine list (of course), along with a classic list of cocktails all to be enjoyed in this beautiful hotel.
