Named after the town it is located in, Merricks is a rustic cellar door and bistro best known for its hearty breakfasts and wine tastings of Elgee Park and Baillieu wines that continue well into the afternoon. Developed as a community hub in 1924, Merricks maintains its old-world charm in the spacious dining room and cellar, where wines from three local vineyards are showcased alongside country terrines and artisan cheeses.
