About the restaurant
Blessed with prime real estate, Rare Hare is the home of Willow Creek Wines and shares its little piece of the Mornington Peninsula with Jackalope Hotel. The cosy, refined rustic diner seats up to 90 guests in a space that was designed to make the most of its breathtaking views overlooking the hotel and vines. As for the food, there is a real connection with the earth and the seasons, creating dishes that are homely and yet presented in a modern fashion.
