The Teller Collective

The Teller Collective in Shepparton offers two distinctly different dining experiences; Tellar and Collective. Downstairs is a restaurant named Collective while the hatted restaurant, Tellar, is located upstairs, offering a degustation only menu which is only open to the public on Sundays. This somewhat confusing restaurant concept is the work of chef and co-owner Matthew Milsome, (formerly from Jaques Reymond). During the week, guests enjoy a smattering of share plates, grilled meats and Italian staples at Collective, while on Sunday's the silverware is taken out for a seven-course degustation in Teller upstairs.
