Situated in the heart of Echuca, approximately a three hour drive north of Melbourne, The Mill is a striking utilitarian building with plenty of history. The five storey brick edifice, constructed in 1881 was a former flour mill. Its timber interiors now frame a spacious dining room, with chandeliers overhead and cherry corner couches. The modern Australian menu is seasonally inspired and offers patrons a medley of small sharing plates, mains and desserts.
