About the restaurant
Olivigna, only 45 minutes drive from Melbourne's CBD, is a world away in a landscape reminiscent of Tuscany. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the estate provide stunning vistas to the produce growing on the land, including a vegetable garden, vines and an olive grove. Breads, pasta and preserves are all house made. Partnering the rustic Italian cuisine are locally produced Italian varietals and a selection of Pietro Gallus Estate own estate-made wines, grappa and liqueurs.
