About the restaurant
The second outpost for the Zanini team, this St Kilda East restaurant is serving wood-fired pizza, pasta and regional dishes from Sicily, Tuscany and Rome. Pizza dough is fermented for at least 48 hours and uses Petra L’Unica soft wheat flour, making it easier to digest. Plus, any pizza dough leftover gets deep-fried and covered in Nutella for dessert. The airy, contemporary space boasts exposed brick and marble bench tops, including a large communal table to encourage a sense of community.
