About the restaurant
The Duchess of Spotswood makes its home in a former butcher shop, restored to give a sense of the history of the place. We love that the tables are crafted from the floorboards of the local theatre's dancehall and the whole thing is presided over by a vintage crystal chandelier. Traditional English fare is the kitchen's specialty and there are plenty of offal offerings that will make you think twice about nose-to-tail dining.
