About the restaurant
Bacash has a formidable reputation for fabulous seafood and the work of owner-chef Michael Bacash has earned the restaurant a coveted Chef Hat every year since 2006. Set in South Yarra, the dining room overlooks the Domain and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Of course, most people visit Bacash for what we know it does best - seafood. But you don't have to love seafood to enjoy a meal here. Meat and poultry dishes are excellently-handled, too.
