Fusion is usually a dirty word, except in this case; this Richmond local combines Malaysian flavours with Modern Australian flair. Aptly named Jamu, which is the the Malay word meaning to feast or to eat heartily, this 70-seater restaurant combines traditional flavours in unique ways to deliver modern dishes. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the restaurant, which is located at the bottom of an apartment building on Palmer Street.
