About the restaurant
Future Future is in Richmond, around 10 minutes drive from Melbourne's CBD.
This is not traditional Japanese dining, it's rather it is funky with a modern menu. Paper thin Raw Wagyu strip loin marinated for 10 days on a wasabi cream and miso torched salmon are two signature dishes, along with interesting smaller bites. A set Ichi Ban Omakase menu is available for groups of 6 or more.
