Fumanchu

From the brother of Miss Chu comes Fumanchu, a modern Vietnamese restaurant in the residential suburb of Preston. Decor features an industrial-chic blend of exposed brick, large communal tables and plenty of prettily potted indoor plants. The menu brings a fresh twist to Vietnamese cuisine, with fusion specialities such as Japanese pancakes also appearing alongside rice paper rolls and wok grilled barramundi with sweet soy beurre blanc and lemongrass prawns.
