Lovers of The Estelle will be relieved the restaurant is back as Estelle Bistro, its old premises in the hip suburb of Northcote completely revamped. Owner chef, Scott Pickett has grown his establishment that now includes an upstairs private dining space and a covered courtyard with additional seating. here's a new vine-covered courtyard and the dining room brings the outside in, with natural timbers and exposed brick features. The Modern Australian menu offers artful a la carte dining and a three- or five-course set menu. If you're just after a snack, the kitchen serves some of the city's best charcuterie.
