Union Electric is a cocktail bar hidden down a Chinatown laneway. The bar's rough-and-ready interior references the building's past as home of the Union Electric Lighting Company. The cocktail menu is dominated by fresh fruits, vegetables and colourful botanicals and their quirky names keep things upbeat. Peckish? The bar's next door neighbour is legendary Chinese eatery New Kum Den and they'll deliver dumplings and spring rolls right to your table.
