Serai

You'll find Serai, tucked down a laneway in Melbourne's CBD. It has a buzzing atmosphere with an open feel and industrial fit out but it is the smell of meats cooking over woodfire that may well lure you in. Try the lechon, pig roasted over a fire and watch the fun in the kitchen as the chefs work their magic. The wine list is mainly local, with a few overseas drops and some great cocktails. This is creative and modern Filipino/Pan Asian cooking at its best.
