About the restaurant
Named after one of Melbourne's most notorious madams, Madam Brussels attempts to make Melbourne "marvellous" with private parties in its Bourke Street building that defies the grey tones of the real world. Madame Brussels doesn't "do" high tea, but the decor, menu and beverages are fittingly girly, with the likes of cocktails, scones and finger sandwiches to be enjoyed in the hedged bar, on the terrace or in the indoor garden.
