About the restaurant
Set in a two-storey building near the corner of Little Collins Street, Embla is a rustic bar with a focus on wood and wine. Timber beams and exposed brick walls give the space a warm, earthy feel and you don't need to know anything about wine to enjoy a glass here. Choose from a menu of predominantly Australian wines, with classic labels and some made specifically for Embla. Dishes come from the wood-fired oven.
