Found upstairs of Denmark House, Restaurant Dansk is a cool European bar and eatery complete with views over Melbourne's CBD. Making easy use of its warehouse space, Dansk boasts a stylish Danish dining room where smorrebrod (open-faced sandwiches) and a formal set menu are served. There's also a bar offering cocktails, Danish hotdogs and the largest selection of Aquavit in the southern hemisphere.
