About the restaurant
Boilermaker House, a Lonsdale Street bar in Melbourne's CBD is dedicated to the art of whisky, which you can enjoy until 3am every night of the week. The house specialty, a boilermaker, is one shot whisky, one pint beer, best consumed with a slab of something from the cheese and charcuterie counter. Should you prefer your whisky straight, there's a selection of fine labels from around the world.
