Brothers Christian and Adam Ferrante have teamed up with Marx Grixti (former sommelier at the European/Melbourne Supper Club) to open their restaurant and bar, Hell of the North. The fire is being stoked by chefs Sean Marshall, and their late night supper menu is truly tantalising. Dinner highlights include the twice-cooked pork belly with choucroute.
