Dandenong is a recently gentrified area 30 minutes south east of Melbourne CBD and one of the suburb's most awarded restaurants is Pavilion. There's a broad Modern Australian menu of pizza, pasta, seafood and pub classics, but what you're really here for is anything on the secret burger menu. Seriously, you have to ask to see the burger menu and you'll be glad you did. The burgers here have their own cult following and the only way to experience the magic is to visit.
