Every year is the year of the pizza, especially when you serve it with a side of disco, as they do at Lazerpig in Collingwood. For all their frivolous imagery of caped pigs shooting laser beams, these guys are serious about good pizza. Their bases are made from a unique sourdough culture, proved for a minimum of 72 hours, hand-stretched and cooked in a hand built, wood fired oven.
