Olivine Wine Bar

Pentridge Jail in Melbourne's Coburg has been revamped (no jail cells to be seen), now a drinking and dining precinct and home of Olivine Wine Bar. Plush and moodily lit, Olivine is a wine drinkers delight with a signature cocktail list, craft spirit list and The Book of Wine which includes over 500 bottles, chosen to enjoy on their own or with grazing plates. You may find chicken liver parfait, scallop tarts or pork fritters on the short a but beautifully created menu chosen to complement your tipple of choice.
