About the restaurant
The stately Elyros in Camberwell is turning heads and satisfying stomachs with its honest Cretan food and heart-warming hospitality. Owners Angie Giannakodakis and Guy Holder (who also operate Epocha in Carlton) alongside Disa Dimitrakakis have done an incredible job at paying homage to this weed speckled, goat rearing island. The cuisine is seasonal, steeped in traditions of preserving and ingredients are treated with the upmost respect by Chef Yiannis Kasidokostas.
