About the restaurant
Walk too fast, and you'll miss this busy little cafe where the coffee is good, the mood cheerful and the tables usually full all through the day. Located right at the Sydney Road tram stop in Brunswick, The Green Refectory evolved from its owner's passion for baking cakes, and the simple food and sweet offerings are hearty and delicious. Cakes here are sold whole or by the slice.
