About the restaurant
Affectionately named after the chef's favourite cheese, Tulum in the South Melbourne suburb of Balaclava is serving up a slice of Turkey. Taking inspiration from modern Istanbul dining, this isn't your usual kebab style Middle Eastern restaurant. Deconstructed vegetable dishes are presented like works of art, and the flavours of dukkah and tahini are found throughout the menu. Polished concrete and turquoise green tiles fit out the stylish interior making ideal for any dining occasion.
