Spanish-born chef Josep Espug, who boasts an impressive resume with stints at two-Michelin-starred Mugaritz in Spain and New York's Degustation, takes inspiration from across the globe for his menu.  Pretty Little is a long table communal dining room serving a seasonal produce driven set menu from a  small open plan kitchen.
