About the restaurant
Less than a 30 minute drive from Melbourne’s CBD, the Alphington Social takes up residence in a beautiful old bank building on Rowe Street. The modern Italian menu is creative but stays true to traditional combinations with nduja linguine, slow cooked lamb shoulder for two and spaghetti vongole (clams). The ‘feed-me’ menu is a popular option for groups, allowing guests a taste of the menu. There’s also a cheese fridge which occupies an entire wall to ensure you won’t leave empty handed.
