About the restaurant
Chauncy is located in the wine growing region of Heathcote, which boasts stunning scenery, friendly cellar doors and quality, locally farmed produce. Heathcote is just over an hours drive from Melbourne's CBD.
With local artisanal produce and an eye for fine local and French wines, owners and Chef Louis and partner Tess have brought a little piece of France to Central Victoria.
