Carboni's Italian Kitchen

Carboni's Italian Kitchen is an authentic homage to Italy and it can be found right in the heart of gold-field country Ballarat. Named after Raffaello Carboni who was a member of the miner’s central committee during the Eureka Stockade, Carboni was a promiment and colourful figure during this time. This playfulness and boldness of character is something which shapes the flavours and traditional style of the menu, with the wood-fire pizzas proving to be very popular with the locals.
