About the restaurant
Taking over the Tinamba Hotel, owners Brad Neilson and Damien Gannon, formerly of Neilson's, showcase fine-dining prowess in a rustic country town. Within the main dining room of this former hotel, chocolate tones and leather chesterfields let guests relax, and enjoy the contemporary menu, utilising produce from the family farm and beyond. There are also well-priced prix-fare menus available at lunch and a dessert list that's not to be missed.
